- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪-UPDATE- Had a call from V CARE DENTAL who apologised for my negative experience and explained the girl who answered the phone was new and untrained and this was the reason for my negative experience below. -ORIGINAL POST- The first time I attended this practice, I was given the incorrect price over the phone but I didn't write a Google review. This time I couldn't help it. Firstly I email them this morning but all day with no reply. I finally caved and called them, unwilling to help, impatient, arrogant receptionist eventually asked if "I am a legitimate person" Supposedly getting a price for check-up and clean for my wife (new patient) makes me suspicious by the receptionist! After finally getting a total price this was the most expensive dental clinic by over $100! I advise to shop around.Patrik MFebruary 07, 2017
